Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Karachi – The City of Lights
Welcome to Karachi, Pakistan's vibrant commercial hub. Once a small fishing village known as Kalachi-jo-Goth, it is now a sprawling metropolis of old and new. After hotel transfer, enjoy an afternoon tour of the Karachi Museum, the golden sands of Clifton Beach, and the bustling local bazaars for authentic handicrafts and rugs.
Day 02: The Heritage Trail (Chaukundi, Banbhore & Makli)
We depart for Keenjhar Lake with stops at Sindh's most iconic historical sites:
- Chaukundi Tombs: Exquisite 16th-18th century sandstone graves featuring intricate relief carvings.
- Banbhore: The ancient port city of Debul, where Muhammad bin Qasim arrived in 712 AD. It is also the legendary setting of the tragic romance of Sassi and Pannu.
- Makli Hill: A UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the world's largest necropolises, housing over a million graves of kings, queens, and saints.
Day 03 - 07: Bird Watching & Lake Life
