The Pilgrimage Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Lahore
Welcome to the cultural capital of Pakistan. Transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay and briefing on the heritage journey ahead.

Day 02: Lahore Museum & Drive to Islamabad
Visit the world-renowned Lahore Museum. Explore 19 galleries featuring the legendary Fasting Buddha and rare Gandharan stone sculptures. After a traditional lunch, we drive to the capital, Islamabad.

Day 03: Taxila – The Ancient Seat of Learning
Explore the UNESCO site of Taxila. Visit the ruins of Sirkap and discover stucco specimens, Buddhist stupas, and monasteries that served as a global center for philosophy and art.

Day 04-05: Peshawar & Dharmarajika Stupa
Drive to Peshawar (170km). We visit the Dharmarajika Stupa, likely the oldest in Pakistan, built by Emperor Ashoka. Enjoy a full day of sightseeing in the historic walled city of Peshawar.

Day 06-07: Khyber Pass & Charsadda (Pushkalavati)
Excursion to the legendary Khyber Pass and Sphola Stupa. On Day 07, we visit Charsadda, the ancient capital of Gandhara from the 6th century B.C., known as the "City of Lotuses."

Day 08-10: The Monasteries of Swat & Takht-i-Bahi
En route to Swat, explore the breathtaking Takht-i-Bahi Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site perched on a hilltop. In Swat, visit the Butkara Stupa and the colossal Jahanabad Buddha rock carving.

Day 11-12: Rock Engravings & Farewell
Visit the Godara Rock Engravings before returning to Islamabad. We conclude the tour with a final sightseeing session in Lahore before your international departure.
