Highlights: Gasherbrum-II, meaning “Shining Wall” in Balti, is a majestic peak situated on the upper Baltoro Glacier. Day 01 – Arrival in Islamabad
Arrival at Islamabad Airport, transfer to hotel and official briefing at Ministry of Tourism. Sightseeing includes Shah Faisal Mosque, Daman-e-Koh, and Parliament Street.
Day 02 – Drive to Chilas
Long scenic drive along Karakoram Highway and Indus River (11–12 hours). Overnight in hotel.
Day 03 – Drive to Skardu
7–8 hours scenic journey through Baltistan valleys. Overnight in hotel.
Day 04 – Skardu Sightseeing & Preparation
Visit Satpara Lake, Skardu Bazaar and final expedition packing.
Day 05 – Drive to Askole (3000m)
Jeep ride to Askole, last village before trekking. Meet porters and prepare for trek. Overnight in camp.
Day 06 – Trek to Jolha (3300m)
6–7 hours trek along beautiful terrain. Overnight in camp.
Day 07 – Trek to Paiju (3425m)
5–6 hours trek. Camp at Paiju with view of Trango Tower.
Day 08 – Rest Day at Paiju
Acclimatization and exploration of the area. Overnight in camp.
Day 09 – Trek to Urdukus (4050m)
8–9 hours trek. Overnight in camp under alpine surroundings.
Day 10 – Trek to Goro II (4382m)
6–7 hours trek on Baltoro Glacier. Overnight in camp.
Day 11 – Trek to Concordia (4650m)
Arrive at the confluence of Karakoram peaks. Overnight in camp.
Day 12 – Trek to Sharing
Overnight in camp. Scenic glacier and valley views.
Day 13 – Trek to Gasherbrum-II Base Camp (8035m)
Arrival at base camp to prepare for climbing. Overnight in camp.
Day 14 – Day 44: Climbing Period
Acclimatization, high camp rotations, and summit attempts for Gasherbrum-II.
Day 45 – Trek to Ali Camp (5010m)
6–7 hours descent from base camp to Ali Camp. Overnight in camp.
Day 46 – Trek to Kheuspang (4600m)
10–11 hours approach march. Overnight in camp.
Day 47 – Trek to Shaicho (3330m)
Cross Masherbrum La Ice Fall en route. 5–6 hours trek. Overnight in camp.
Day 48 – Trek to Hushe & Drive to Skardu
3 hours walking to Hushe, jeep transfer to Skardu, overnight in hotel.
Day 49 – Drive to Chilas or Besham
Overnight in hotel.
Day 50 – Drive to Islamabad
Overnight in hotel.
Day 51 – Debriefing & Shopping
Debriefing at Alpine Club and optional shopping in Rawalpindi Bazaar.
Day 52 – Departure
Transfer to Islamabad Airport for flight back home.
